Yes. Scale plan includes white-glove migration — we move your rates, rooms, future bookings and guest history for you. Starter and Growth plans get bulk import from spreadsheet plus a guided checklist. Most properties are live on Accommador within a week.

Bookings are tracked server-side and forwarded directly to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 — so attribution survives Apple's 7-day cookie cap that breaks browser-based tracking. You get accurate ROAS on every channel, even for guests who book days or weeks after their first click.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit over TLS 1.2+, payment and analytics credentials are stored encrypted with write-only entry in the interface, and card data is never stored on or read by our systems — Stripe and PayDollar handle that directly. Role-based access controls let you decide who on your team sees what.

Yes. Switching is part of our free white-glove onboarding — our team moves your bookings, channel connections, rates and Xero setup across for you, so you’re not the one doing the heavy lifting.

Your plan includes up to 30 rooms. Beyond that it’s a flat +$12 per room per month — no tier jump, no renegotiation, no “contact sales.” Your plan simply grows with you.

Monthly billing means you can cancel anytime: your next bill simply won’t run, with nothing to claw back. Annual plans are pro-rated if you cancel within the first 30 days; after that the plan runs to the end of the billing year. Either way, you’re never locked into a long contract.

Yes — one plan, everything unlocked. $500/mo, or $5,000/yr (about two months free). No tiers to decode, no feature gates, no “contact sales.” The only thing that varies is your room count.

Yes — start free with a 14-day trial, no card required to begin. After that it’s $500 AUD/mo (or $5,000/yr), and you can cancel anytime.

No setup fee and no migration fee. White-glove onboarding is included — we import your existing bookings, connect 50+ OTA channels, wire up Xero and configure your first automations for you. Only standard payment-processing fees are passed through.

Your data lives on managed infrastructure in the APAC region with daily encrypted backups. Your bookings, your guest list, your rates and your reporting belong to you — export anytime, and if you ever leave, we hand back a clean copy.

Role-based access controls let you decide which staff see bookings, payments, guest details or reporting. Front-desk staff can take bookings without ever seeing card details or financial totals; managers see what they need to manage. Every action is logged in an audit trail.

Payment and analytics credentials are encrypted at rest, all traffic moves over TLS 1.2+, and sensitive keys are write-only in the interface — once you save them, no one can read them back, not even support. Card data is never stored on or read by our systems; Stripe and PayDollar handle it directly.
